We enjoyed the location, easy onsite parking, good breakfast and how beautiful and comfortable the bedroom was.
We felt welcomed by the staff and the glass offered at the caveau was a great way to learn more about the wine and the whole tradition in Alsace

Nice small town, with typical houses and many nests of storks on the roofs.
Suggestion: do NOT PARK your car in Eguisheim: the local police apparently enjoys making unjustified fines. I am disabled and with the disabled sign, well visible; I parked, for just one night, in a parking area. Still, the local police fined me; the hotel manager phoned them, but they answered they could not do anything.
Other nearby French cars were not fined, so I suspect they target foreign cars...

What a charming village, with several other similarly charming villages within short driving distances. We had a great time in Eguisheim and met several people who make this village an annual pilgrimage, and its easy to see why.

Eguisheim offers many wine merchants, Gruss is our favourite - located just opposite Auberge Alsacienne. A number of good restaurants are available. We highly recommend Le Pavillon Gourmand at 101 Rue de Rempart Süd. and their set menus. Walks in the surrounding area should be taken.

Step outside your hotel into a real life fairy tale town of Beauty & the Beast! Wonderful little shops: bakeries, Alsatian wines, and meat markets. Be sure to make dinner reservations ahead of time as by 6:30 most restaurants were full and several hosts were very nasty - a French arrogance we’ve encountered in a few other places where there are tables available, but they won’t seat you. Maybe ask your hotel to call & make reservations for you, especially if you only speak English.

I stayed in Eguisheim about 3 years ago when walking with a friend. It is a really quaint little town with plenty of restaurants, shops and wineries for tasting and purchasing. This time I was with my niece and her friend - so no walking! We ate one night at "Au Vieux Porche" which is very good. Need to book and not open Tuesday or Wednesday. Also enjoyed "Le Caveau des Douceurs" Most of the Cranes had left for Africa but they keep a pair in the Crane Park so we could see them up close. Also had an interesting visit to the castle on the hill. But I suppose the most enjoyable aspect was the wine degustations. Unfortunately these did not leave us much time to make use of the pools.

Lovely village, a real pearl in Alsace.
Lovely village, a real pearl in Alsace. Close to Colmar and many other attractions, it is worth a trip on itself.
Dining out will require booking in advance during the tourist season.
Many visitors, but never crowded, retains the atmosphere of a real living village.
We spent 1 unforgetable week at this cosy and very comfortable house, during last Autumn holidays.
The house is fully equiped, even with the most little details which you would not expect. The location is perfect, located at a pedestrian street, at the old town center of Eguisheim.
We highly recommend this house for a visit with the family or a small group of friends.
The owners are also very attentive and friendly.
Spacious apartment, tastefully decorated. Fantastic facilities. Best apartment we have stayed in. A little outdoor deck area we could use to eat and offer of the poolif it got really hot. 5 min walk to the old town of Eguisheim . Super location. On street parking but no problem in this relatively quiet street.
Hotel also has a restaurant with great food (I would say traditional french cusine) and wine.
Employees are very friendly.
Great location: short walk to a public parking lot; at the beginning of the charming wood frame house - old town with loads of restaurants and wine cellars
We enjoyed the location, easy onsite parking, good breakfast and how beautiful and comfortable the bedroom was.
We felt welcomed by the staff and the glass offered at the caveau was a great way to learn more about the wine and the whole tradition in Alsace
- location is great, walking distance from Eguisheim center, yet far enough to be perfectly quiet and somewhat secluded
- our room was spacious, very quiet and comfortable (it was the vineyard suite)
- staff was friendly, and everything was clean
Really nice hotel on good location if you want to visit Alsace region. Pool area is not too big but its really nice and well maintained and there are few saunas. Food for breakfast was really good but there could be more options.
Very cute loft apartment in great location in Eguisheim . Great restaurant directly opposite - amazing food! Host was very attentive. Lots of parking across the road. Was great to have a washing machine.
Perfect location in the center of Eguisheim and beautiful view. Restaurants and terraces around the corner. We could see the stork nests from the window. Lovely town and hotel
Eguisheim is amazing place to visit.
It is comfortable that free parking is nearby the hotel.
location of the hotel is good - not far from village attractions.
