The staff was very nice and the room was spacious and clean. They gave a room with a lake view even though we didn't ask for it. The hotel is a bit far away from the city center but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and you can be in the center in 15 minutes.

Collection of keys was easy. Wifi worked well throughout the apartment. (Code was in a photo frame.) Kitchen has everything you need (plates, bowls, cups, cutlery) & more --- microwave, water cooker, dishwasher, pots & pans, cooking utensils, dishwashing soap,, etc. Bed & Sofa Bed were both new & comfy. Comforters were thick. Heaters, shower & shutters all worked well. Lots of pay parking on the street. (Free Street Parking on weekends & holidays.) Owners have a locked covered parking spot in a garage (2 buildings down & across the street from the apartment). Note: Garage Parking in Strasbourg is very narrow everywhere. Neighborhood was quiet & felt safe. At least 4-5 eateries nearby. We really liked Kohola Poke & Salad Bar & a bit further away, Yami Sushi (near EU Parliament). Carrefour (grocery store) about 150m., Bus Stop (for Bus C3 to Strasbourg Place des Halles) less than 100m, good bakery (Le Fournil de Benoit at 1 Rue de Mundolsheim) 450m away.
