Contessina Hotel, hotel in Tsilivi

Close to the center of Tsilivi town, this hotel rests along a quiet road that leads to the beautiful beach. This location offers tranquility close to the vibrant town.

From check in to check out, the Hotel Contessina was amazing. Polite and accommodating staff were everywhere, including the cleaning folks, bartenders, pool staff, check in desk, and servers. Everyone went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and the AC went to a cool level, which we loved after those hot days. The showers were large with rain shower and a powerful handheld jet, if you liked that option. Each evening, turn down service was exceptional and the fruit or sweet plate hit the spot. The most surprising and touching part of it all was the parting gift we were given during our check out. It was a bottle of olive oil and two jars of marmalade from the Contessina farm. A handwritten note thanking us for our stay with them seemed out of place in that it felt we should be giving them a gift for all the warm hospitality. The only knock is really the town itself, which is a matter of my personal opinion. The good is that the ATV rental place is right across the street so, if you're into that, it was very convenient. The town itself felt a bit like Cabo on spring break. Many bars and cheesy places to go to. The restaurants weren't that unique and many had the same menu items. We didn't venture much out of the hotel and it's, by far, the best property anywhere close to where it's located. Decent walk to a very crowded beach. Overall, an amazing place to stay in Zakynthos!

    I love this resort, lots of shops, restaurants, bars,...

    I love this resort, lots of shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment, beautiful beach, lovely people, easy to and from airport, short trip. Been here 3 times now because i love it. My favourite bar is Paradise cocktail bar, they put so much effort into making you welcome and as a lone traveller, this was so important for me. I dodnt have a favourite restaurant, I ate in a few as like to try places and all the food was good.

    Tsilivi is a resort that has everything Great Beach Great Bars and Fabulous Traditional Restaurants. What it has especially is - Fabulous, Friendly Greek People. We have been 10 times and it never fails to deliver. It is a HOME from HOME. Well worth the visit!

    Tsilivi is a very busy resort it is on a very busy road with lots of shops and restaurants. The road runs the length of the resort with lorries coaches etc . However it has beautiful bays and beaches lovely swimming places . I would recommend staying off the main road if you don't like traffic noise. There are plenty of restaurants cocktail bars etc It is quite expensive and average meal around ,30 euro and a sunbed on beach 15 no longer cheap place to stay.

    Everything was perfect. Accommodation and cleanliness beyond expectations. Exceptional staff. The food and service at the restaurant is the best I have ever received in Greece. The sea and the beach are a dream.

    Really cute city, its nice choice if you go with partner or...

    Really cute city, its nice choice if you go with partner or kids. Also good location if you are a someone who wants to explore island, good start point. It has nice beach with beautiful water. There are a lot of restaurants and every restaurant is special on their way. It has a golf park its real fun and you should go check it. About prices in restaurants for example Mousaka (traditional greek food) price goes from 10-14 euros. Bus that can take you to Zakynthos city 1.60. From airport zakyntos price is 2 euro. Taxi to airport is 25-28 euros. I would recommend if you like wines you should always check their local wines they are pure gold(about price 4-7eur for 500ml)

    The most amazing, peaceful place I have ever visited! Surrounded by olive trees, the apartment is fully equipped and ideal either for couples and families!! Very very clean!!! I really enjoyed the yard in front of the stone house!! It is very modern and very traditional at the same time!! This place is so quiet but still very close to everything. Tsilivi is about 2 km away with many shops and restaurants! I’m sad that I stayed only for one night! I will definitely visit again! Highly recommended!!!!

    Everything about the hotel was perfect, starting with the always smiling and friendly staff, moving on to the awesome breakfast, breath-taking view from our clean and well equipped room. We don't think we could have found a better stay in Zakynthos! + Enough park space + Towels changed every 2 days + free drinking water + All people we interacted with in Zakynthos were extremely friendly + Free beach towels if you ask at the reception + Location (best sunsets from our balcony)

    Great central location, and few steps to the beach. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, even trying to solve personal tourists problems. A/C worked properly, was no problems with cold or hot water, fully equipped kitchenette, inner yard with citrus trees, parking available. Would be very happy to stay at Mariliki Studios again, in accordance with the price really exceeded our expectations. Thank You.

    Really good breakfast (it was included in the price) in the hotels restaurant - plenty of quality food in buffet, some variants in menu (eggs + meats on the side). Excellent location - beach in 3 min. on foot, small supermarket across the street, water park nearby, 20 min. drive to the Zakinthos city, 30 min. to the airport. Very friendly staff. Free parking. Cleaning every day.

    Two separate spacious bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, nice sofa arrangement, nice bathroom and a spacious balcony. A peacefull spot on the top of the building and far more comfort and space compared to hotel rooms. Brilliant with teenage kids and excellent with a large fridge and freezer enabling you to have lots of cold water and food for breakfast, lunch etc.

    We were here in Zante for a wedding! Staff very accommodating, it was my partners birthday and his child’s first time abroad. Would be difficult to fault the place. Location great, big clean rooms and staff extremely accommodating! Made our stay a very special one indeed, thank you to the lady who was always at hand for whenever we needed, we will be back!

    The bed, pillows, shower, separate toilet, and room in general were all amazing. We had a room with a private pool which was nice. It was a 15 euro taxi to Zante Town. The main pool was amazing and the water temp was perfect. The staff was all very accommodating but shout out to Sarah who was great when we arrived and departed.

    The hotel was probably the best looking around, the room was modern and comfortable and the pool was outstanding! The staff was very helpful at all times and we turned to them for quite a lot of help- getting a car when there were none, restaurant recommendations and more. Definitely recommended.

    The Hotel and the staff are really great 👍 It's like 3 minutes to the beach and 3-5 minutes walk to the center of Tsilivi. Hotel has a pool, rooms are spacious, clean, it has everything you need. Parking lot in front of the house. If you need something, staff will help you.

    Very good hotel rooms. Hotel has a good location. Housekeeping services was good at all - rooms was clean. Pool and pool bar was good, but I will recommend to rent a car and explore beatiful beaches of Zakynthos (those ones at Tsilivi was nice, but little bit expensive).

    The Zante Maris suites team were incredible. So focussed on customer service and ensuring our stay was beyond our expectations (which it was!) The quality and selection of the breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooms were large and the beds really comfortable.

    There is not one bad comment I could possibly say about these apartments, they are spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend these apartments to family/friends. I will definitely book to stay here in the future when I return to Zante
