Our family recently spent a month at this incredible villa, and it surpassed all our expectations. The host's exceptional service truly made our stay unforgettable. The backyard playground kept our children entertained for hours on end, while the barbeque gazebo allowed us to enjoy delicious meals surrounded by the beautiful scenery. The additional laundry washers were a game-changer, ensuring our clothes remained fresh throughout our stay. The 80-square-meter apartment was simply stunning. Its two sea view balconies offered breathtaking vistas, and the spacious kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, made meal preparation a breeze. This is fully eqquipped comfortable apartment with its own entrance. With large and airy living room and balcony overlooking gardens and greenery with a sea in the distance. on the opposite side of the balcony there is a table in the garden that can also be used. Place is quiet and clean, with friendly hosts. Rooms are large, with enough space for four persons, and well furnished. Plenty of cupboards to store luggage. Bathroom is bright, with larger than average shower. Kitchen is fully equipped, with 4 rings electrical stove. Area consists of family houses with gardens, so here is lots of greenery around. Ika Blue studio is located few minutes of walking from the main road. Large general store is located around five minutes of walking away, as well as Lungo Mare walkway. It is placed 5 minutes from Ika harbour and 20 minutfrom Lovran harbour.

Great location in town, staff was very nice and helpful, especially after my friend tripped and broke his foot while sight seeing. They help navigate us to doctors and medical supply companies. And thankfully, a very accessible building with elevators.

Very great hotel, nice location and friendly staff. The room service made a swan out of the towels for me and my partner. The room had a great view but the air flow didn't work. The outside pool hasn't been open because of the season (May) but the inside pool and wellness was great.
