I would like to say that Karbala is a special city for Shia which are interested in Imam Hosain and would like to go to his shrine.
For non religious people there are modern parts of the city that could be interested to go for shopping and such cases.
The location was good but there was not like hotel the whole building was not like passage and market . Lots of noise people singing in midnight in groups and kids running in the corridor playing with lifts doing football infront of our door our complaints did not make any difference. The staff smoking all the times in corridor and reception and they were very unfriendly.
I loved and enjoyed the hospitality at this place. As a solo female traveler I felt very comfortable. The owner and his team are making sure, that you get the most maximum comfort. The staff is very friendly and respecful. The location is perfect for visiting the holy shrines in Karbala. It is clean. I would definitely recommend this place!
Karar and Yassir were exceptional. I've stayed at many hotels around the world and their service was up there with the best. The hotel itself is fine - for the price paid it absolutely does the job. Can't speak highly enough of the staff, in particular Karar and Yassir. For their service alone this review gets full marks.
The staff was amazing, good hospitality and amazing team that served our need whenever we want.
the room was clean and properly presented with all the facilities mentioned in the description of the room.
Everything is good and the hotel is near Imam Abbas’s Shrine, like 9 minutes walking
The hotel portrays itself as its stunning and the facilities are excellent but there absolutely NOT
The staff are poor, as anything they charge you even to breathe
I came from London uk and this hotel is overpriced and still not worth it.
Shop around before you stay here !
I think this hotel is the best hotel in this city. Bed was comfortable, air condition was good, there was a tea maker and ironing facility in the room. You can order food to be served in your room any time. That was great. Staffs were friendly and speak a lot of languages.
The only problem with this hotel is the location. If it was near to shrines, would be excellent.
The full board services shall be provided for the guests since the access to the restaurants is not easy.
I prefer this hotel for who wants to be in calm place and not crowded.
Staff was good and location is very near to mukhim alhoseini.
But meals are limited and no more options.
At all rate is 7 from 10.
thanks to the staff we had an unforgettable stay. specially Ms. Shayesteh who was a huge help .location was a bit challenging although hotel is trying to cover this problem with shatels to shrine
Everyone, including the general manager of the hotel were amazing and very welcoming. The facilities were very clean and spacious.
The rooms are very nice and comfortable and clean beds
Continuing on from my extended stay, the hotel was very nice, as usual, and there were some hiccups here or there but again Ms. Setayash sorted them out straight away
Friendly stuff , quiet area , clean rooms, and great hospitality... I will definitely visit again and recommend the hotel to all my friends and family 👌
