Easy to find, close to Christchurch. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Appreciated the car park. Can't comment on staff, only saw one person on check in and the office was locked when we checked out between 9.15 and 9.30.

-I did like the room even though it was located in the very front of the complex.
-I did like the little kitchen area and the complimentary items provided for breakfast.
- I did like the fact that it had Sky T.V even though I do not watch T.V programming on a regular basis. The Sky box, however, was strangely located.
- I did like the 10:30 am check out.

I was very well looked after by Lily and Geoff. They couldn't have been more helpful and they have lovely home. I really appreciated the underfloor heating in the bathroom in the chilly Christchurch weather. I want to go back in the warmer weather to check out the garden. It looks beautiful.

I stayed at Ohaka to be close to friends in North Loburn, an on the day decision to stay the night.
5 minutes from the accom was a Pub, small supermarket, Fish n Chips, Thai ( maybe Indian also), garage. I had very nice Pad Thai at Mandeville local Thai, friendly service too.
It was a perfect stay for my requirements and far better standard than I would have anticipated for the price. If a Hotel, Id say 5 star :)
