The room (one queen bed, 2nd floor) was small but comfortable for one night. The bed was comfortable and the a/c was on when we arrived (a major plus!). The staff was super nice, even making breakfast for us when the restaurant was technically closed. The pool was refreshing after a long travel day and big enough to get a few strokes.

Clean condo, large balcony, can climb spiral staircase to see nice view of ocean. AC worked great, washer and dryer were great, Some pots, pans and dishes provided, but not in great shape. Pool area was nice, but only 2 of the 9 lounges were in decent repair. Very large, 2 story outside decks, accessed from the condo, each equipped with 2 lounge chairs.
Casa Grande Vacation Home and Events Venue is a recently renovated chalet in Rio Grande where guests can make the most of its pool with a view, water sports, and garden.

I liked that it was near the rainforest and had enough space for our family. The pool was a big bonus and all the beautiful flowers outside.

We had a wonderful time. The top bunk was a little difficult to climb up, but it worked out. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Aquatika was lovely overall. Great pools, nice beach, fun minigolf, and lizards. The grounds were well kept and the pools were clean. The city of Loiza didn't have a ton to offer, but it was a short 20-40 minute drive to most destinations. Our condo had plenty of space, well-working A/C, and a well-stocked kitchen making it easy to have most meals in the condo. The complex also had a tennis court, basketball, and volleyball. However, it seemed to be condo-dependent to provide you with the equipment to be able to utilize those areas. We would definitely consider staying there again.

At site parking. Centrally located and very near exit. Property is well maintained. Not being a hotel , these individual units are maintained by a team outside the site. Everything from towels, toiletries, kitchen cutleries is already set at the property. Fridge even had some free water , flavored yoghurt. Coffee maker, microwave, sofa cum bed is of added value. We took a unit with 2 separate bed rooms with a living room cum kitchen. Both bedrooms had good A/C and LED TV. (not Smart TV). Common bathroom.
We loved about this Property.
1. Very attentive and on top of arrival to have everything ready.
2. The pool and property was very spotless and beautiful residential high scale neighborhood.
3. The Security is great to get in a for any family to have a very economical sleeping day.
Overall this place was 10 stars we recommended to all family to go around canovanas.

if you’re looking for repose in the edge of the forest, this is perfect. The sounds, sites and luscious floral smalls of the rainforest are all right and hand. and Joquin, the hotel owner, is the perfect host: widely informed and broadly interested, he’s a great pleasure to speak to about Puerto Rico and its history and culture.
Outstanding value in an expensive hotel area. Small room(really one person ONLY) but very clean. Strong internet. Very nice manager who is very helpful. Inside very secure gated community. You will need a car to reach it
