The property is deteriorated and run down. The room and value were great, but I was disappointed with the conditions of the property. Building looks bad and restaurant closed and used as storage, no apeal.

This place is great, it's close to everything. You will not find a better value in this area. Kids love the pool, all restaurants are within 10 minutes. Poblado of Cabo Rojo, is like a 5 minute drive, if you lucky enough to get the balcony view, the sunrise and sunsets are truly amazing. My kids and I keep coming whenever possible. Very spacious units.
Just a 5-minute drive from the centre of town, Rincon offers rooms overlooking the Caribbean Sea, outdoor swimming pool or the hotel's tropical gardens.

This resort was an absolute waste of money the holiday inn right up the street was a thousand times better and 109 less per night. I personally would never stay in this old outdated run Down resort again. Like you have to go to the bar to get ice what kind of shit is that. Nope not worth it. I will even stay at my sister in law’s house who has no ac before I would waste my money here again.

The swimming pool and the water park are really nice.
The swimming pool and the water park are really nice. The rooms are not. They smell dirty, stains in the hallway carpet. Hallways too dark. They have installed dehumidifiers machine all over the hallway because all the humidity and smells. The furniture in rooms are old and have scratches all over them. Fells like I was transported back in time, like in the 80s. Definitely not worth the money I paid. It was really disappointed. The food at the restaurant is expensive, without taste. Not worth it.

Wonderful hotel. The staff was exceptional 😊.
Wonderful hotel. The staff was exceptional 😊. We received excellent service from Gabriel, and Yvette in the front desk. They were able to change our room to a quieter area. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. We also loved the view. Lovely tropical pool was relaxing and clean. They offered excellent hot breakfast with large variety of items and excellent coffee 😋 the dining room staff was great. We were greeted every morning with smiles from Alexander, Israel and ana. We highly recommend this hotel.
The best decision of my trip to Mayaguez was staying here. Clean apartment, good working A/Cs, ample parking, quiet area, good hosts, and the location was outstanding. 2 minutes from the main road (where the Walgreens and other places to eat were), and 6 minutes from the university (which was the reason for our trip). Yet it was removed from the noise of the city. Would definitely stay here again!!
I enjoyed the pool facilities. The room was clean and the staff was really friendly. I stayed in the new extension and the facilities are in excellent condition. They were doing minor renovations in the original hotel, which seems necessary.
The pool its dirty on the park, the employee on the pool very slow and the room its old, the hotel its too much expensive nevertheless the facilties are old in the firts building, I paid $268 for one night so, I don’t like the hotel
Great place to stay, close to the plaza and places to eat. The complimentary breakfast was good too. Great coffee! I had a good experience. This is not a high end hotel, but I don't have anything negative to say. I will return :)
N/A. Booking.com should have let me know that there would be a Convention at the hotel and I would have cancelled. I was robbed! I paid for amenities I wasn't allowed to use and couldn't even relax lying on bed due loud music.
Breakfast was great- especially when it was included in my direct dealings with the hotel- not through booking.com. Staff was attentive, respectful and great to deal with.
The casino was my favorite place on the hotel has a good pool and the location was awesome everything close and the main Street had a lot of fun with my family I recommend
