They asked me via email to confirm so I replied via same email and they gave out my room I added a day early because I was arriving early am and needed sleep after 10hrs of trip and was given another room not providing the request I made and doidnt even credit the extra day I lost in the hrs it took to give me another room. The one time I wished to use the grill became out of order after yelling them I was going to store for items anf upon return of spending 200.00 just in steaks chiclen and hamburger not counting marinades , vegies ect to cook wasted also hot tub wasnt working well turn knob wasnt working well jets were extremely gentle not much power and stightly warm not even close to hot maybe 100° they werent willing to work with me on any of it and the large male desk clerk simply laughed about it and since I didnt CALL in my confirmation I didnt get credited however absolutely nowhere did it say I had to CALL it in they emailed and they simply said we dont always check emails!?! The entire visit was depressing.

The place was emasculate, had a welcome basket waiting for us. Only suggestion for property owner is to have a variety of creamers to go along with the wonderful coffee selection. The main bed was brand new and so comfortable. Our stay was delayed a day so we were grateful for the constant communication withe the owner and we were bummed we didn't get a full two days at the property.
