The staff was friendly, the free breakfast buffet was great and the room was huge! Overall a very nice hotel and it is kid and dog friendly. Plus it is located across from Wal-Mart which is really convenient.

This location was ideal for day trips around Colorado Springs. Breakfast buffet was great. Clean new environment. Good mattress. Quiet room. Would stay here again if in the area. Two thumbs up for Holiday Inn Express.

I loved the location and the friendly staff. It was near a Waffle House and all the sites we wanted to visit weren’t far either.

The breakfast was cold and soggy not enough food for the gentleman ran out. I asked for more he dropped cups on the floor and put them back up to use and did not work gloves to get food out.
