Regrettably, my recent stay at Quality Inn was nothing short of disappointing. Not only did I encounter a fake eyelash on the bed linen ( pictures attached) , but the hotel's response to this issue left me feeling offended. Despite bringing up my concerns, the hotel's offer of a mere 10% discount felt inadequate and failed to address the discomfort caused by the uncleanliness. It is disheartening to see a lack of accountability and customer care from a hotel that should prioritize guest satisfaction. I strongly advise against choosing this establishment as it fails to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and customer service.

There are plenty of places to eat that aren’t just your regular fast food places, they have a restaurant conveniently located in the hotel. The mini fridge / coffee maker and microwave are also a plus, Very well set up. The rooms and ceilings are pretty big which make it comfortable! Try Lampost Pizza and tropical smoothie Cafe. The room and bathroom were clean and it seemed like the room was newly renovated. We highly appreciated the fact that our room had tile instead of carpet. The mattresses were a little lumpy but not awful. Also our window was facing the highway so it was a little noisy. The staff is extremely happy and friendly to everyone. I didn’t see one unpleasant face from a staff member the three nights that we stayed there. Everything was exceptionally clean and was continuously cleaned during our stay. The breakfast had a variety of food to choose from and was very tasty. The location was perfect, close to the beach and our child’s college.
