It was a newer hotel, super clean and the room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable and was perfect for our partial disability needs. The staff were very helpful and kind and yet maintained a caring professionalism. The house keepers were very attentive to our needs . The grounds crew showed a pride in their hotel with excellent maintenance. The breakfasts were very good and the food selection was tops! The location was perfect. We were within driving distance of Simi Valley, San Pedro and parts south. We loved coming back each day to our home away from home!!

Regrettably, my recent stay at Quality Inn was nothing short of disappointing. Not only did I encounter a fake eyelash on the bed linen ( pictures attached) , but the hotel's response to this issue left me feeling offended. Despite bringing up my concerns, the hotel's offer of a mere 10% discount felt inadequate and failed to address the discomfort caused by the uncleanliness. It is disheartening to see a lack of accountability and customer care from a hotel that should prioritize guest satisfaction. I strongly advise against choosing this establishment as it fails to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and customer service.
