This house is fantastic. Very nice restored. Very big spaces and 4 double beds. 3 bathrooms and a nice terrace. In the kitchen there is everything you need, even some nice wine glasses. The view from the big terrace is nice. Location is a little bit outside Valencia but we rented bikes and it was only a 10 minute bike ride so that was quite easy.

The location is perfect: on quiet side street with only short walk to beach and boulevard. Inside townhouse felt new and spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, with all the amenities for an enjoyable stay. The centerpiece is the wonderful common room connected by huge wall-door to awesome outdoor lounge. Our host Ara was welcoming and gracious, even treating us with a variety of snacks and drinks to jump start our stay. My advice: book this place and don’t look back. Staying here will be the best decision you’ve made in a long time.

Very spacious place in a prominent location! A beach is just a short walk away, a couple of supermarkets are behind the corner, and a number of cafes as well. The kids had a lot of fun with the provided toys/books and the backyard.

Excellent, well kept house with great inside and outside spaces. Additional use of items in the property such as pool inflatables and childrens toys really added to our experience when not able to bring these ourselves. Hosts met us at the property to show us around and explain all facilities. Great communication throughout. Highly recommended.

From the warm greeting of the staff to the charming junior suite in the attic, it has been a crescendo of good feelings. The suite was equipped with a full kitchen and a good size TV screen. The WiFi was super efficient and also due to the inclement weather we managed to watch a streaming movie on Netflix with no issues. The breakfast room was also very inviting with good selection and quality of foods.
