I rarely leave reviews but made a point this time - the property is very close to everything and downtown. The neighborhood is great, established, shady, and quiet. The house had such a great flair with mid-century modern touches. I had everything I needed and a cool private enclosed yard patio for my pooch plus full yard beyond that. The shower hose developed a leak and was quickly fixed by a very pleasant gentleman. Also, the home was impeccably clean and updated. I am surprised that this home was so affordable. I am traveling back to Austin soon and hope to stay there again. Thank you so much! Kim O

We did the style they call "cabins" which are very small with a shared bathroom. That sounds like a step down but we never waited for a bathroom nor encountered a bathroom that wasn't clean. It's a concept that works. The central pool and roof top bar are a couple top notch amenities. There are food trucks, coffee bars and very good restaurants within blocks.
