Great location. Close to everything Knoxville. Even Pigeon Forge is close by. The cozy cabin held pleasant surprise after pleasant surprise. We'll definitely stay again but, longer.

The hot tub was not super clean but sufficient and enjoyable. We got to breakfast 15 minutes before it closed and there was hardly anything left (1pc. of bread, no waffle mix, no sausage but there were some eggs) We ended up going out to breakfast which was an additional expense.
