We liked the location's proximity to the National Mall/museums/monuments. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The home was well maintained and clean as advertised. The beds were comfortable. Having access to laundry facilities was a major perk! Although free street parking was not 100% guaranteed, we were able to park every evening in front of the home! The VRBO owner made himself very accessible, but we didn't have any needs.

Fabulous location close to some of WA DC's most iconic restaurants (eg. MARKET LUNCH! ROSES LUXURY); close to a Metro station, lovely, safe, friendly neighborhood; devilishly clever interior design but functional; one of the delightful features is the kitchen is fully equipped so you can go to the nearby Eastern Market and buy fab homemade pasta and sauce and have a nice chill evening; includes parking, a precious commodity in WA DC (but we didn't use it); diverse coffee choices in the kitchen (Nespresso!); -- oh and fun area for a jog -- safely! - the Marines are nearby practicing from the oldest post circa 1801.

The location is very convenient for catching Ubers into central DC and all of the main sights. Price varies depending on the time of day and demand. We mostly paid around $25 one-way for X-LARGE vehicles. The highest was $45 returning one evening as there was high demand at that time. The facilities at the property are as good as you’ll find anywhere. We really enjoyed our stay.

I loved that we fit two families, my brother’s family and mine, in one house comfortably. We all had beds to sleep in and none of us had to sleep on the couch or the floor! It was a very comfortable vacation. The house was tastefully decorated and the owner was responsive and great with messaging us back with clear instructions on how to enter the house and what the house rules were. The beds were all comfortable and it was a short drive to our destination.

Huge space for our family, very clean and nicely decorated. Host supplied everything you can think of: towels, linens, kitchen essentials and so many snacks. Also extra personal items in case you forgot . We walked, took the bus and metro in nice neighborhood. Great location

Townhouse is beautifully remodeled. The owner lives in the basement apartment and is easily accessible without being intrusive.

Rooms, beds and bathrooms are small - but they are advertised as being so, so it is no reason for complaint - and spotlessly clean. Service is only on request - which is also known beforehand. Fantastic bar / lounge on the rooftop, good pizza on the ground floor.
