Everything was excellent, the staff is always accommodating and super friendly. Excellent location, in the heart of La Candelaria neighborhood, always felt safe.

We arrived in the early morning 5am and security were accommodating, they let us in to relax while we waited for check in. The location is great, located next to a convenient store and really short walking distance to the square and meeting point for walking / cycling tours. Good facilities - pool table, cinema room, restaurant, bar etc. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Clean room - cleaned every day with fresh towels and toilet paper Good food in restaurant. The room we stayed in had little noise cancellation from outside the hostel but this wasn't a problem for us, it didn't affect our sleep and they also provide ear plugs which was a nice touch so I wouldn't list as a negative just a note to those who may be affected by this. Warm shower.

I recommend and would come back for a future stay in Bogota.

The staff (and dog marley) are incredibly friendly which made the visit so much better. Being to interact with local Colombians as foreigners is always the best stay. the kitchen and roof top terrace is brilliant and has all you need. beds are cozy and warm And there is netflix!

Our 1 and 3 year old appreciated that the room was spacious, as it is an older hotel. The place has a lot of charm and is in a great location. The showers have warm water and there was a fridge in the room. Overall, it was probably the best value for money place that we've stayed in Colombia so far!
