This boutique Chicago hotel is located in the heart of city, just 5 minutes' walk from the luxury shops of the Magnificent Mile. It features modern rooms with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The staff, all with no exception, were super helpful and kind...big thanks the manager who was at the front desk at the time of checking in. Early check in and an upgrade to magnificent and panoramic room 1902. The room was spacious, all facilities in (except paid bottled water), and the bed was super comfy. Breafast, via voucher from front the desk if your reservation is with breakfast, was pretty good with nice atmosphere. Ivhand late check out and spend some time in thevreck area...bery relaxing to read a bood from the hige assortments spread in the huge seating area. Well done and thank you all
