I loved the town houses. the beds were very comfortable also. when travelling with teenage children, rooms with two double beds are just not great. Mariposa Suites offer a seperate living area for the kids, and a bit of privacy for the parents. We really loved it and the price. breakfast was fantastic too.

Cannery Row and Fisherman's Wharf are 3 mi away. rooms were nice, seemed newly renovated. clean. nice staff. I specifically selected this hotel because it is in the old part of Monterey, away from canary row.

Located 10 minutes’ walk from Monterey town center, the Villa Franca Inn offers charming guest rooms which include free WiFi. Great deal! The room was great bed comfy and location was really good. Staff were really friendly and they had a coffee machine were you could get complimentary coffees.

The property manager went the extra mile and gave us the best room on the property! It was his amazing hospitality that made our stay very comfortable and wonderful. So much that we wanted to stay in the hotel longer!
