The staff provided exceptional service, they provided us with a microwave (which we kept until the end of our stay) and a several complimentary water bottles. The location was perfect for my trip being close to the convention center and not too far from the subway to head to the sports complex. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room itself was comfortable and suited all my needs.

ROOST East Market provides a fitness room and accommodations with a kitchen in Philadelphia, a 11-minute walk from Liberty Bell. Roost is an unexpected treasure in the city of Brotherly Love. It is clean, well-designed, and the decor is minimal and tasteful. The kitchen is amazing--Fisher-Paykel fridge and gas range, Bosch DW, washer/dryer, and Mom's Organic Foods across the street--I was tempted to stay forever. Also there's a heated pool (yes, people were swimming in January!) and a great gym. Great neighborhood with so many restaurants for take-out and delivery. A short walk to Reading Terminal Market, which has gotten too touristy, but still has good meats and fish, and some produce, but Mom's was really the best, and close by--a locally-owned Whole Foods type place. We were there for a stay at Jefferson U. Hospital, which is a block away, and a safe walk day or night, so it's a wonderful location for a visiting family member. Seems like many doctors stay at Roost. There are two others in the city. And affordable--cheaper than any of the major hotels. For an extended stay, it can't be beat. Everyone is masked and safe.
