Located in Seattle’s University District just 3.7 mi from the city center, this hotel features modern and colorful guest rooms each with a fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast was good and also the room has kitcken with dishes and pans if you want to cook for your self. We didn't have time to use the gym, but it looks good. It's worth paying for parking and keeping your car safe. The location is not very close to the tourist attractions, but it is around 15, 20 minutes by car depending on where you want to go. I recommend and would stay again! I have no negative points.

The University of Washington is a half mile from this Seattle hotel, which features a fitness center. A 55" flat screen TV with cable channels and free Wi-Fi are included in every room. The facility has been renovated since we stayed here in 2011, the breakfast room is nicer and has better choices (sweet and savory), the beds and pillows are comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean and had good toiletries and accessories, the staff is very friendly and the hotel grounds are well kept.

This Seattle hotel is only 4 blocks from the University of Washington. Free WiFi is provided. I would like to give a 5 stars review to the staff as they are friendly and professional.

This pet-friendly Seattle hotel is located a 10 minutes' walk from the University of Washington, across the street from the University District light rail station, and is minutes away from Interstate... The room with a skyline view was great, and we had a nice view of the city.

Entire cozy home in U-District is located in Seattle, just 4.8 miles from Space Needle and 6 miles from CenturyLink Field. Both Wifi and private parking are accessible at the apartment free of charge.... The home was really close to the area we wanted to be, walking distance from metro. Nice and warm home, perfect for couples or family.

Comfortable settings for a family and friends. Kitchen, bedroom-mattresses, bathrooms were in each rooms, parking and the temperature of the house and the location.
