It was 26 degrees in Madrid…I had to leave the hotel and they offered 50% reimbursement and a free night which ill not be using due to the terrible experience.

Once we entered the Apt, we had access to the physical key which was left on a table for us (it was a very clever app). Beautifully decorated Apt, spotless, beds v comfy, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine - buy your own pods - Soap/Shower gel, towels provided, Air Con, lovely quiet and safe area - 5 mins from Ventas Metro and Plaza de Toros (massive Bullring), loads of cafés, restaurants and people very friendly.
