We were provided the most DELICIOUS 3 course breakfast every morning. Nao even lent my partner and I goggles for the snow which we forgot to hire. Nao made recommendations for the mountains/snow conditions each day and dinner recommendations. Upon check out we were dropped off to the bus station as well. We will definitely be back when we next come to Japan. Thank you Nao for an unforgettable stay!!

Our host, Olivier, took care of us from the moment we arrived in Hakuba, helping us to have a smooth and thoroughly enjoyable stay. The facilities were excellent with our room being clean, comfy and modern. I cannot recommend Snow Horizon anymore highly, it truly is one of the best places to stay in Hakuba!

Rocky, his family and staff all live on-site so it feels like a home. Fresh hot breakfast every morning, shuttle service to and from wherever you need to go, and amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Beds are super comfy, rooms are very spacious, and a large dining hall or theatre room to pass the time when you're resting from a day on the mountain.
