An amazing place to stay in the forest. I loved the open bedrooms, at night from under the mosquito net you can watch the fire flies. The concept of glamping is really interesting and the downstairs bathrooms were really convenient, not having an en-suite bathroom is definitely not a problem. I also liked the idea that by staying at Wanakaset I was contributing to the biodiversity forestry project. The food is really good, very original and extremely tasty ! The staff were very friendly and did their best to make my stay really comfortable.

The owner is super nice! He gave us free rides everywhere, showed us crazy spots nearby the river and also, we end up the trip in night camping together. He also offer very enjoyable rafting trip. We stayed for 4 nights instead of just one, just because it was super fun. Also, there is a nice kitchen to cock in. And , the place is really in the nature- just a piece of heaven

Samantha and his endless supply of cousins and brothers assured we had one of the best stays in a long time. We felt welcome and appreciated, their mother cooked the most delicious sri Lankan Food, we got invited for beers and tea and the rafting and canyoning excursions were fun. The place itself is what you would expect from a cabin in the jungle, but clean and well maintained. We would definitely come back.

Tranquility and proximity to water rafting. Also the rooms overhanging on the river. The sound of flowing water. The family run hotel made us most welcome and were great at sorting our diet requirements. It truly felt like a retreat. Well done , and thank you.
