The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The “glamping” style villas are so tastefully done and comfortable. They all sit on the hill overlooking the river and nature below. The food was great, and the pool was beautiful.

It has small but clean, comfortable cabins set in a clearing below hills. The cabins have a balcony at the back which looks out into the forest. You can sit there all night listening to the sounds of nature. It is so peaceful but only ten minutes walk from the station. It is convenient for visiting the waterfall and getting a bus to Hellfire Pass (well worth a visit). The owners are so helpful and a superb Thai breakfast is available. This is one of those rare, special places to stay.
