The caravan was very clean and homely. It had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for us as it wasn’t a long walk for the children to get to everything. We enjoyed a lovely few days in this beautiful, well equipped and immaculately clean caravan. It had everything that we needed and is in a very good location on a well kept site within a short walking distance of Skegness seafront. The owner was very helpful and the check in and out was very easy. We will definitely book again the next time we visit the area.

Everything really, location was next to a small lake or a large pond depends on your perspective. It was extremely peaceful only 30 min drive from Skegness beaches and plenty of other locations nearby like Fantasy island and Butlins if you book a day visit. The caravan was well stocked with all manners of cutlery, bedding was clean and tidy, kitchen has a fridge and a freezer that has seperate doors so actually works really well... i know this is true because my vodka actually froze solid inside 😅. I would love to go again and would recommend it to anyone ... The misses enjoyed so much that she even left a message in the note pad thats left in caravan for owners and fellow holiday makers to read

Our children enjoyed the Parkdean kids' entertainment and loads of activities during the day, and we all enjoyed the evening family program. We will definitely book again. And was worth the money which cost £55 for 5 nights. There was a swimming pool with slides, which was fun and you have to pay £5 pp to use it. Which might get pricey everyday etc. There was great food facilties just off the capsite -Chinese-pizza place -a shop etc. And in skegness there is an amazing fair ground. Which is a good day out. Fantasy Island. And great food outlets etc.

We had to change our room due to the toilet not flushing but this was not a bother and we were allocated a different room with no fuss.
