The house, view, ambience and interiors are exceptional. It’s less portrayed in the picture. All those who come with no expectations are going to have a pleasant surprise. The service given by Mr. Taj and his housekeepers are phenomenal. You would feel like you are with a family. South Indian breakfast by Javed, Spicy Chicken Curry, Lemon tea, coffee and fruits, cooked according to our preference. Camp fire is not be missed. I would book this place again. I rank this place the best among all the home-stays i experienced.

The rooms are clean and spacious and the host was absolutely lovely. She provided a delicious breakfast, hooked us up with a local boat tour and accompanying rikshaw ride. The location is also great. In a couple minutes you can reach the beach and the city center. We only wish we could've stayed longer!

The property itself was lovely and located in the heart of Kochi; the room had great a/c and hot water, and was clean and comfortable. The homemade breakfast was the best food we had throughout our entire stay in India! Harry was amazingly helpful with arranging excursions and transport for us, and gave us very good recommendations on places to go. We would definitely love to visit again!

Chechi is so warm and welcoming. Her food is the best we had, she helped with transport to her homestay, for a tuk tuk to take us sight seeing one day and was very quick to respond to any questions. The place was perfect for us. We needed a few days down time where we could chill and do things at our own pace in a peaceful environment.
