I don't usually write reviews but staying at this place made the difference in my trip. I was on my own and the size and kind of the hostel made it possible for me - and I'm on the shy side - to meet a lot of new and interesting people I could spend time with while exploring the city. The hostel and above all the bathroom are clean and everything went smoothly. Location is great, the neighborhood is cool and close to the center and the lovely lower garden district.

El India House Hostel ofrece alojamiento compartido en el distrito Mid-City de Nueva Orleans, a lo largo de la línea de tranvía de Canal St. Dispone de piscina al aire libre y terraza. We only stayed for like 6 hours as we needed somewhere to go for our delayed flight- But live music pools, and all around nice atmosphere. Communal space was very clean!

This is one of the nice and cleanest hostels I have stayed at. We had a private room which was clean and spacious. The staff were helpful and accomodating. The hostel is located on the streetcar line with a 10 minute journey into the French Quarter and about 30 minutes to Uptown. You can also take a short walk down to Magazine Street where there are endless shopping and dining options. There is a free breakfast provided which we enjoyed.

Casona hermosa con excelente ubicación en un barrio residencial muy tranquilo y verde, muy cerca del museo del Jazz, Frenchman St., el río Mississippi y French Quarter. Tiene un hot tub en el patio, perfecto para recuperar el cuerpo después de las largas caminatas por NOLA. Anfitriones muy amables, fomentan los encuentros con y entre los huéspedes, cocinando platos típicos para todos y preparando tragos los fines de semana.

El Blue Moon Guest House ofrece alojamiento en habitaciones compartidas y está situado a 1,6 km del centro de conferencias de la Universidad de Luisiana. The location and facilities are amazing. It's a little pricey but that can be mitigated with using their awesome kitchen to prepare your own meals. We were happy to have the opportunity to meet other travelers and chat with the bartender when we stopped by the bar next door. It was all a treat after a tiring semester.

City House New Orleans Samesun, que está a 17 min a pie de Union Station y a 1,3 km de Mercedes-Benz Superdome, ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y baño compartido en Nueva Orleans. Loved how clean this hostel was! Also the fact that noise from the common area doesn't reach the rooms. There's a quieter hallway with tables where I got a little bit of work done as well. Super central, good value for money, would come again!
