Spacious, modern, sun-drenched west-facing apartment in leafy Mosman. Only 15 minutes to City by bus or ferry. Fully furnished and equipped. 2 large bedrooms each with a queen bed for up to 4 people (2 couples). Additional single mattress available on request (5 people total). 2 air-conditioning units. Open, airy living room and modern kitchen, high (3m) ornate ceilings, inbuilt wardrobes, and 75" TV and AV set up. Ideal village location just metres from public transport, shops, cafes, restaurants laundromat, only 4 minutes to Sydney harbour walking track. 2 supermarkets within walking distance. Perfect for individuals or families looking for convenience and all the comforts of home. INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY 2 Queen beds, linen, towels, 2 x reverse-cycle airconditioning, 3 x ceiling fans, fully-equipped kitchen, stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, auto-sensor dryer, microwave, sodastream, Nespresso machine, complimentary coffee capsules and tea, complimentary milk, WiFi, 75” TV with surround sound, bluetooth soundbar, portable bluetooth speaker, 4 x beach towels, picnic set & rug, umbrellas, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, office desk and chair, optional 2 x external monitors, printer. Optional cot/bassinet and infant car booster seats. Additional single mattress available on request. A more detailed Welcome Book in the apartment provides a local guide to cafes, restaurants and nearby attractions.
Author and Spanish-English translator, Australian born. Lived many years in many different countries, but have now returned to my home country. Friendly and extroverted - love meeting people from different places and walks of life(and traveling as much as life permits). I or my co-host will meet you on check-in (2pm-8pm), give you the keys, show you the apartment and explain public transport and the suburb including shops, local walks and places of interest. Once you've successfully booked, you'll get my number and we can text message to arrange everything. After hours check-in available by request.
Leafy and safe inner Sydney suburb, 15 minutes by public transport into CBD (via bus or ferry), 2 supermarkets within 7 minutes walk, local shops, cafes, restaurants downstairs, and Sydney harbour front walking tracks only minutes away. Free on-street parking.
