Please read the entire description as we try to answer the most common questions we get from guests.   This listing is for the entire townhome with balcony including personal gas barbeque, community heated swimming pool and hot tub with lounge areas and community fitness center (community center is available for larger gatherings for an additional cost). The home is 1500 square feet with high vaulted ceilings, fully stocked kitchen with appliances and a washer and dryer. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries for your entire group.   **STAIRS ARE REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE LIVING SPACES**   SLEEPING AREAS: Master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom Guest bedroom with queen size bed Guest bathroom in hallway   COMMON AREAS: Kitchen with all your cooking needs, separate dining area, living room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available.
