Hi there! We're native Oregonians in a family of 7 with 14 grandchildren and counting. Coming from a large family hosting is native to us and we love it! We hope you feel cozy and welcomed in our home as we invite you to be our guest. Lonny and I first built our home 20 years ago and his love for building and mine for interior design of homes has taken us to where we are now. Because we are in the business of hospitality for local and international guests, we take a lot of pride and care in what we do and hope you'll feel this love reflected at each of our properties.

***PLEASE READ*** There are two different units in this home, the main floor and upstairs is our 3 bedroom apartment, called the '3 bedroom house', the downstairs basement is our 2 bedroom apartment, called the '2 bedroom house'. You may select both if you'd like the entire house. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Bungalow. Close to schools, parks and 2 minutes from downtown and OSU. The Cheerful Bungalow provides a peaceful respite from the day's work. With 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it has space for the entire family, including the furbabies with our newly fully fenced private backyard! Dogs only please. Perfect for those touring Corvallis, in town for business, or wants a vacation away while still being close to all the amenities the charming Corvallis has to offer. This home has off street parking and a private fenced backyard. Please note that because of this property's convenient location, you may experience road noise. Pet Policy: We are glad to host your pets too. There is a pet fee. Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. We ask for compliance in a few house rules: * Do NOT invite them onto the furniture so we can keep it in great condition for all who are to come! * Do NOT Leave them alone unkenneled. We do offer a Rover Service if you need to be gone and need care for your pet. Ask us about it. * DO NOT allow them onto the bedroom carpets. Keeping the doors closed will make this easy. We just replaced the carpets and want to keep them fresh and pet smell free. When the carpet was pulled up, there were MANY pet stains. All owners say the same thing about their pets. “They are well house trained”. * If you are staying in the properties with floor rugs, please roll them up and put to the side. This is in your best interest. Pets DO pee on the rugs when you not looking. Trust us on this! * Please keep them on wood flooring, use provided baby gates.

A great jumping off point for those who want to discover the hidden gem of Corvallis or the stately OSU campus. Visit our museum located right downtown and it's surrounding boutique shops. Take a short drive to the Oregon Coast with it's famous beaches grabbing some delicious salt water taffy. Or, head east towards the cascades where some of the best skiing can be found. A short drive to numerous vineyards, there is so much to do in our valley- and we're the perfect spot to rest your head at night!
