Located in East Tucson on just under one and a half acres, just three-and-a-half miles from Trail Dust Town, this single-level remodeled 1940s ranch-style home is outfitted with new stainless-steel appliances, concrete floors, central air conditioning, and gel foam mattresses so that everyone can keep cool and comfortable. There won't be a line for a hot shower in the morning as each bedroom features an en suite bathroom with plush towels. When the sun goes down, guests can light up the propane fire table outside and make delicious meals on the gas grill. If you'd rather cook indoors, the full kitchen features a modern French-door fridge, glass cooktop stove and oven, and plenty of cookware, flatware, and storage. The large Arizona room features comfy chairs, coffee tables, and a granite table for plenty of workspace with an additional workspace in the main bedroom. There is an outdoor laundry closet for guests to use with a washer, dryer, outdoor sink, and complimentary detergent.
