This 3-bedroom, and 3-bath townhome features a beautiful master suite, a spacious living room lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen. We are located in North Kansas City, very close to I-35N Highway. This home provides privacy, comfort, and smart security through ADT. We are 9 miles from DT, KCMO, and 15 mins from MCI Airport. We offer high-speed internet, Roku TV, Nest Thermometer, and a smart lock. We are close to Top Golf @ T-Shortz, Oceans of Fun/Worlds Of Fun, WWI Museum, Legoland, etc.

We are in North Kansas City, the Gladstone area, close to I-35 north. We are only 9 miles from downtown Kansas City and 14 miles from Kansas City International Airport. Several amenities and family-friendly activities like Top Golf @ T-Shortz (only 2.5 miles away) and Oceans of Fun/Worlds of Fun-themed park (only 9.6 miles away) are near us.
