Fully furnished & beautifully renovated 2bed/2ba home mins from Churchill Downs, Bardstown Rd, UL, Germantown, and the airport! You’ll fall in love with the open floor plan. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need! You'll want to spend your time on the amazing decks this home offers. Other features include a private, fenced-in backyard, fully stocked kitchen, open floor plan, washer/dryer in home.

I love to run and exercise and always up for an outdoor activity. One of my greatest passions is to travel - I have been to 49 of the 50 states; Alaska being my favorite. I enjoy hosting friends and trying new restaurants around town. Red wine and bourbon are my drinks of choice! I look forward to hosting you in my great home state! Here as needed
close to UL, Churchill downs, grocery, Bardstown Rd, and it’s mostly families and couples in these 50-60 year old historic homes! The home has a large driveway offering plenty of space for a car, free on street parking and Uber/Lyft are always available
