Smoke Free FULL SIZE WASHER & DRYER in unit You will certainly enjoy your stay in this beautiful completely renovated 1BR condo. Stainless steel appliances, updated furnishings, updated hardwood floors, King size Broyhill Bedroom suite, LazyBoy queen sleeper sofa. High-end finishes, Custom cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, Full Size Washer/Dryer in unit, Walk-in tile shower, 50” flat screen tv with HD channels in Living room, 32” flat screen wall mounted tv in bedroom. Wi Fi , upatairs. Rooms are a great size, main living area is open and gets great sunlight! View of the pool and nice outdoor furniture to enjoy the breeze. Easy walk to the village area and lots to do onsite too. Fisihng allowed in the stocked lake, tree swings, tennis, basketball, pickleball. Fun place! We use lockboxes and will send you the code 24-48 hrs prior to arrival. We are always close by and will respond quickly Awesome neighborhood easy and safe walk to other playgrounds, restaurants, lighthouse, shopping, skate board park, pickleball and tennis, baseball fields, dog park... Bicycling is allowed on the bike paths except in busy village blocks. Island is very bicycle friendly. It is also an easy 8 block stroll to the village down the bike paths, area is well lighted too. C building is right behind front pool. C2 faces the pool. This pool is a heated pool to 85 degrees in the winter.
