Just around the corner, there are ethnic restaurants on Colfax and other gems at your fingertips such as Marczyk's supermarket, City Donuts, Park Hill Sushi, and Nuggs Ice Cream. You also have the new redevelopment for shopping, dining, and entertainment within only five blocks away located at 9th & Colorado Blvd. Visit City Park, Denver Zoo, Denver Nature Museum of Science within only a 5-minute drive and within 5 more minutes, you are at Denver Botanic Gardens, Congress Park, Cheeseman Park, or Downtown Denver. Charming house, nice neighborhood, great location! The walkability score for this area is good, but we will recommend transportation in case you want to visit Downtown or other main attractions. Also, the bus station to go downtown is a walk to Colfax Ave & Elm St. More entertainment, shops, and restaurants are only five blocks but we would recommend you drive or take Uber or Lyft to get there.
