Loved the availability of the coffee creamers and teas available. Also the laundry room was extremely nice. The house is extremely cute and clean. Bathrooms were nice, loved the skylights. Kitchen and dining areas were very nice and we enjoyed some time on the screened side porch. Enjoyed our time playing air hockey and foosball. That was a fun surprise.

Enjoy our two-bedroom home in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. This spacious house includes a game area with a sleeper sectional sofa. The home is less than 15 mins from downtown Gainesville, 4 mins from Celebration Pointe, and 10 mins from the University of Florida (UF), where you can enjoy restaurants, museums, and nightlife. A two-minute drive (10 min walk) to Kanapaha Botanical Gardens which you can access all day, as long as you keep your receipt. Bedroom #1- Queen bed with 1 full bathroom inside room. Bedroom #2- Queen bed. Bathroom #2 full bathroom in hallway. Living room- sleeper sofa.
