Roami's Commitment to Cleanliness: We want our guests to have a safe, comfortable stay. Each property is thoroughly cleaned in accordance with CDC and WHO guidelines. Guests are also provided with complimentary hand sanitizer, and masks if they do not have their own. ID and Credit Card requirements upon check in: Valid identification and credit card used for the reservation are required at check-in. These must be presented at the Front Desk. (The ID and credit card must match the name under which the unit is reserved.) Your room door code will only be activated once you have presented your credit card and identification at check-in.

Please ensure to add the correct guest count at time of booking. Note: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly. Please be informed that there is heightened noise exposure due to ongoing construction in the building. The entire entrance is currently blocked for the meantime, guests won't have designated space for loading/unloading. Please load from the side street past the entrance. Reasonable efforts have already been made to lessen the disturbance.

This property offers unbeatable access to the city and is just a short distance to the French Quarter. PARKING: Street parking is available on a first come, first served basis. No onsite parking.
