HAFH has been transform into an Airbnb with nicely done squeaky hardwood floors, beautifully decorated, large open den area with lots of seating, kitchen with lots of essentials, queen beds with double covering to protect mattress and pillows. This home is for those that want a clean nice place, and can appreciate older homes well kept. Close to colleges, hospitals, fort Jackson, zoo, and downtown Columbia area. Some homes are kept better than others, the area is definitely having a face lift.
I have spent the last 18 yrs being a landlord. That’s why if you are looking for a very nice place to stay while visiting Columbia that is close to downtown, fort Jackson and the zoo to mention a few, this home is for you, if you don’t have a problem with fixer uppers in the neighborhood. The home sleep 6 if you make reservations for 6. As your host I’m available to help if any needs arise.
If you are looking for a nice place to stay while visiting Columbia in a area that is very close to downtown, fort Jackson. Benedict college, USC and other area often visited. This is the home for you, if you are not concern with some homes in the area are not well kept. There is no parking issues for guests.
