We lived at 436 Barrett Drive, in Stateline NV, in the Tahoe Basin in 1998 and 1999. We bring our family to 436 Barrett Drive frequently. We love visiting our place in Tahoe in all seasons. We bought this house to live in it and vacation in it. It is really close to great roads, so we can easily and quickly get to great entertainment, shopping, restaurants, ski lifts, work, and walk out the back yard into the National Forest. 436 Barrett Drive is a very comfortable home that has great views of mountain ranges and Heavenly Ski Area. The deck and the hot tub are extensions of the house adjacent to the living areas and make the house feel bigger. The floor plan is open and flows from room to room, so it is great for entertaining and conversing with family and friends. The kitchen is really big and open and integrated with the rest of the living areas. The National Forest is in the back yard and we have a lot of fun sledding, hiking, skiing and viewing wildlife there. Contactless check in and check out. Owner and Manager Vince Ulfig is always available via phone, text, email, and Internet search. In National Forest: At 7,500 feet above sea level, 436 Barrett Drive is adjacent to the Toiyabe National Forest. Overlook the peaceful Forest, snow-capped mountain ranges, and Carson Valley from the living room, deck, and master bedroom. The higher elevation usually provides cleaner air than the surrounding lower areas. Hike from Back Yard: Climb a 150' mountain top next to 436 Barrett Drive for a stunning panoramic view that includes Lake Tahoe, Heavenly Ski Area, South Lake Tahoe, Desolation Wilderness, Sierra Nevada, Emerald Bay, Carson Range, Castle Rock, Carson Valley, Carson River and White Mountain Range. Nevada is Better: The Nevada side of Lake Tahoe is much less densely populated than the California side, so you encounter fewer people and less traffic congestion and weather related delays. Near Heavenly Ski Area Lifts: Within 2 Hour Drive of 18 Ski Areas
The Upper Kingsbury North Neighborhood contains several private streets overlooking Lake Tahoe, Heavenly Ski Area, several mountain ranges, and the Toiyabe National Forest. - All Detached Houses. - 1/3 acre Parcels - Most Parcels Adjacent to National Forest. - Walk 3 Blocks to Tahoe Rim Trail. - 1300 Feet above Lake Tahoe - Higher Elevation Usually Provides Better Air Quality - 4 Minutes to Boulder Ski Lift - 8 Minutes to Tahoe Blue Event Center - 10 Minutes to Lakeside Beach 4 Minutes to Heavenly Ski Area. 10 Minutes to Lake Tahoe, Casinos, Restaurants, Shopping, and Nightlife. 2 Minutes to restaurant, bar, ski rental, grocery. Excellent Location: Hide out in your backyard National Forest, yet reside close to Lake Tahoe's action-packed south shore. Drive only 4 miles to the big casinos, restaurants, theaters, shopping, music, entertainment, boating, sailing, swimming and skiing at Lake Tahoe's South Shore. Drive 2 miles to the uncrowded Nevada ski lifts at Heavenly Ski Area. Walk, ski, or ride 3 blocks to the scenic Tahoe Rim Trail and Castle Rock Trail. Walk 4 blocks to the neighborhood park and playground. Walk from the back yard into the Toiyabe National Forest, where you can hike, mountain bike, ride horses, sled, ski, snowmobile, and drive off-road vehicles. Drive ½ mile to an extensive network of National Forest Service roads. Easy Access in Winter: 436 Barrett Drive is surrounded by excellent snow removal services. Snow removal services are much better on the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe. More than 18 guests 08:00 to 21:00 PT is prohibited. Quiet Hours 21:00 to 08:00 PT and will be strictly enforced. You will be issued parking placards which all vehicles at the property must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles parked in designated parking areas. Failure to park 5 or fewer vehicles in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of 500. 4 Min to Ski Lift.
