This is our fun and friendly, spacious and clean completely private downstairs apartment. Located on a beautiful, walkable street in Lake Junaluska., it’s a ten minute walk to the lake, pool, tennis courts, walking trails and more. With it’s private entry just a few feet from your two parking spots it provides a convenient place to gather with family and friends for a relaxing getaway.
We're Reg and Mary Ann. We retired to Lake Junaluska in 2018. We enjoy gardening, hiking, camping, art, music, and especially our children and granddaughter. We love this area because of its immense beauty and friendliness. You may not see us or even hear us, as the two levels of the house are completely separate, but we are always available via a text or call if needed. Once you have arrived We will send you our phone number so you can call or text with any questions, requests etc.
Lake Junaluska is a beautiful mountain neighborhood that surrounds a 200-acre lake with a paved walk way all the way around it. There is an olympic-size swimming pool, 16 gardens, tennis, a playground and more, all a short walk from the house. Downtown Waynesville is 3 miles from Lake J, Maggie Valley 2 miles, and Asheville is an easy 25 minute drive. Walk to all Lake J activities; drive to Waynesville, Maggie Valley, Cherokee, Asheville.
