Welcome to Hyve, a one of a kind, luxury "condotel" only a few blocks away from Broadway! This new development offers the best of both worlds. You will find almost all the services of a hotel such as concierge, security presence, pool, and a gym that is open 24/7, with all the comfort of having an entire condo for yourself! This spacious unit includes a fully equipped kitchen stocked with coffee, tea, condiments, etc. and a large private balcony overlooking the pool! There is free parking on site on a first come first serve basis and is limited to one vehicle per reservation. This building is also very close to Vanderbilt (1.9 miles), and to Belmont (2.3 miles), and this condo is ideal for families: sparkling clean, spacious, with high speed wifi & in-unit free laundry, private patio and outdoor dining. We provide all the amenities you need (local coffee, delicious tea, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, toiletries, trash bags, cooking essentials, etc.). *Like any downtown locations, noise can be expected from construction, trains, sirens, etc. We do not recommend downtown Nashville to travelers who can be sensitive to noise, or to homelessness.

Neighborhood info

This property is located in Pie Town, a developing neighborhood adjacent to The Gulch and SoBro, and walking distance to Broadway, The Music City Center, the Gulch, and The Bell Tower. Many party buses start and stop down the street. It's a very convenient location, away from the hassle and bustle of Broadway, yet just a few minutes away!
