Location, location, location! Unbelievably gorgeous, peaceful, and breathtaking views of the white sand beach and pristine, aqua color waters of the Atlantic Ocean for you to enjoy right from the deck and just steps away from a private beach access! Main level features a hall, ½ bath, open concept bright, two-story living room with wall of windows, kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and two private rooms with closets and a Jack and Jill bathroom. Upstairs: two private bedrooms with full baths and queen beds (one of these bedrooms has a private balcony to enjoy the direct views of the Atlantic Ocean, sunrises and sunsets, and, of course, dolphins when they are cruising the shoreline. This duplex has undergone extensive renovations in 2022/23 (TREX deck, impact windows, sliding doors, entry door, Hardie planks siding, electrical panels, HVACs/A/Cs with UV-light that kills microorganisms like bacteria, viruses, and protozoa, outside shower rooms, roof, cement fascia, soffits, gutters, etc.).
