You will be located just a couple of blocks away from the beach and near restaurants and fantastic attractions, including Sea Screamer, Capt. Anderson's Marina, St. Andrews State Park, Zooworld Zoological Park, Ripley's Believe It Or Not!, Pirate’s Island Adventure Golf, and so much more. Upon entering this snowbird-friendly retreat, you will be greeted by a bright and airy open floor plan with coastal-themed decor. Spend tranquil evenings streaming favorite shows and movies on the smart TV, or preparing exquisite culinary masterpieces for the crew in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with modern appliances. French glass doors will lead you to the enclosed backyard, which offers a private patio with a lounge area and a picnic table. All four bedrooms are located upstairs, with the primary suite offering a huge smart TV and an en suite bath with a glass-enclosed shower and a jetted tub.
