Modern dreamy Vacation Home to create lasting memories for your family vacation. Very close to all the beaches, shopping, grocery as well as some great places to explore including a bike trail that goes all the way to Siesta Keys. Living room is spacious and comfortable - 50" Smart TV to watch favorite streaming channels. it also has a sofa bed for that extra guest. Master bedroom (queen) has a smart TV, its own bathroom and walk in shower. The 2nd BR is a Full bed that can sleep 2 with plenty of closet space The kids will love the 3rd BR which has a bunkbed that can sleep 2 kids The 2 bathrooms are well stocked with towels, face towels, starter kit for shampoos, soaps, body wash and conditioner. Plenty of Beach towels for the family are provided The newly built patio has a table with umbrella - for outdoor dining during barbeques or coffee time. it is truly a serene place with a good sea breeze and hence the name for this property. There is a gas grill that can be used for barbequing We are very sure you will Enjoy this lovely Home !!
We are avid travelers and love vacation homes. We have tailored this home tastefully and keeping in mind vacationers and how we would want it to be. Carmen is a professional interior decorator with great taste and an eye for colors and flow. Enjoy the property and we are so happy to host you !!
Serene and Quiet neighborhood. Close to all the beaches - Manasota, Casperson, Englewood, Blind pass , Nokomis etc in the area. Visit great restaurants like Sharkys on the beach or Old Italy in downtown Venice for some excellent dining experiences. Great place to shop. Walking/biking distance to Shamrock park that has Tennis, Biking trail and walking trails that go along the entire coast. It goes up to Siesta key if one is adventurous All shopping like Publix, Detweiler - Great organic and fresh fruits and vegetables are sold here. Walmart is just a mile away. Convenience from every aspect of vacation needs and enjoyment. Art festivals, proximity to Seista Key and Armand circle - about 40 mins away where you great dining and shopping.
