We are not a huge company that will treat you like a number. We are a small, family-run business and we take pride in our guest's comfort and satisfaction. We will try everything within reason to make our guests feel like they are at home in our vacation rentals. Our listings are up-front and honest, and we have no hidden fees whatsoever (this is rare in our industry). We have an abnormally-high amount of return guests, which is a testament to how well we take care of our homes and our customers. If anything about your stay isn't exactly as you want it, we're available 24 hours a day and we live nearby. We can provide one travel crib (pack n' play), one baby high-chair, and one self-inflating twin bed kit, on request free of charge.

If you're looking for the perfect getaway with a great balance between classic architecture and the peacefulness of a quiet neighborhood, this home is for you!  It's located right on the bench of the Rocky Mountains and is just minutes from the heart of downtown, with its restaurants, shops, and attractions.  The neighborhood is located in the Sugarhouse District of Salt Lake City, and has breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains from the yard.  Salt Lake City's four ski resorts and Park City's three are very close to this home. The home is stocked with high-end furniture and decor.  The beds in both rooms have brand new deluxe mattress for a perfect night's sleep.  We also provide a self-inflating queen aerobed for the living room, which is a lot more comfortable than any sofa bed.  There are two large TVs in the home: one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, and both have multiple streaming services installed and ready for you to log into.  The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you'll need to cook full meals while you're here.  The dining room is set up for 6 people, plus there is also a small breakfast nook with more seating located off of the kitchen.

The home is packed with amenities to make your stay memorable: The back yard is fully-fenced and has a large glassed-in porch with a small dining set in it.  There is also an uncovered patio and lots of lawn and shade to enjoy.  There are several mature fruit trees on the property.   When staying in a vacation rental, safety is key and we have you covered: It's located in an extremely safe neighborhood, with plenty of off-street parking and street lighting at night.
