This entire house features a master bedroom that has a queen-sized bed with an En suite tiled bathroom a 60-inch smart TV, and a balcony, a second bedroom that has a queen-sized bed a 55-inch smart TV, and a separate tiled bathroom, central AC/furnace, a living room with 65-inch smart TV, full-size kitchen with island for dining, filtered instant hot and room temperature drinking water, washer/dryer, working desk, and ergonomic chair and very fast internet connection. Perfectly designed for family, and group travelers, digital nomads, and traveling workers, short-term and long-term stays. One car compact to mid-size driveway assigned parking and level 2 electric vehicle charger. The full-size kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, utensils, a set of flatware, dinnerware and drinkware, regular and decaf coffee, assorted teas, some spices, cooking oil, and condiments. A twin-size rollaway bed with a mattress and a full-size air bed is available upon request, nightly fee may apply. Safety warning: Rollaway bed safety weight limit maximum of two hundred pounds weight capacity. A special monthly rate is also available, please contact the host for more pricing details.

Neighborhood info

The neighbourhood centred on the intersection of MacArthur Boulevard and Fruitvale Avenue in East Oakland, California, in the United States. It is located about two miles east of Lake Merritt, north of the Fruitvale District, and west of the Laurel District. It lies at an elevation of 213 feet (65 m). It is a multicultural neighbourhood where the hills meet the flatlands and is a unique melting pot of cultures and social classes. Dimond Park is located in the district. Every October the district celebrates Oaktoberfest saluting the neighborhood's German heritage with beer, food, and entertainment in a tented beer hall.
