Great location near the sites of old St Augustine, easy access to main road to get to beach area. Old Town Trolley pick up at this location, which is a bonus. The size of room was much bigger than expected along with couch and large table for dining in room. Large lobby with basic but decent breakfast. I have a feeling I will stay here again on a return visit to St Augustine as I did stay an extra night already.

Location was a block from George St. Parking lot close by. Everything is walking distance. The room was perfect, the balcony had great views and live music next door. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, and you are close to your neighbor, but we had no issues with this on our stay. Loved it here and will be back!!

Nicely furnished and the breakfast that is included was delicious! Wine social in the afternoon to meet and greet fellow travelers. Parking for some of rooms is less than a block away… about 3 minutes. Everyone very hospitable. Very relaxing.

There was coffee and tea available at 7am, which is important to us as we get up early. The location is central and close to most old town locations and blocks from the water. The staff was very thorough, helpful and friendly.

The rooms were very quaint with nice bedding, clean, and perfect views. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. They kept our car in a parking garage, unloaded our bags, and returned the car when it was time to travel home. The courtyard in the center of the historic district had beautiful views with live music and a beautiful fountain. I highly recommend if your are traveling to historic St Augustine ♥️🎄
