I absolutely loved the retro style. It was spotless. And I mean SPOTLESS. Bed very comfy and staff lovely. And on top of that the location was right in the centre. If we ever go back to Custer, we are absolutely staying there again.

Check in was a breeze even though I reached the hotel late. Hot tub was still available so I had a nice soak. I loved the decor of the place. The bed was really comfortable. The Receptionist was awesome.

Everything was great it is a bit dated but I think it adds to the charm. It was perfectly clean and comfortable but its greatest asset is the owners . I met both the owners who are mother and son . Two of the nicest people I met on my holiday in America. I would highly recommend them I hope to get back one day !!

We loved the cute little chalets. The hanging baskets of flowers outside each chalet added to the charm. The small lot and buildings were clean and appealing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would suggest a different name as I think the word motel downgrades a bit. Maybe even just The Chalets.

The location was perfect. It is off the beaten path so very quiet. It is also very convenient for site seeing. I highly suggest this Motel.
