All the rooms had a really nice view, and the pool on the top of the building was amazing! They make excelent cocktails. Next to the pool there is a steam room, oh so realxing after a swim. Staff are really professional and were really nice to us. Breakfast was also delicious.

The room was amazing, it’s very spacious, clean, always cold. I love how everywhere you turn there’s always plants which makes the environment very fresh. Don’t get me started on the staffs, they’re all such sweet and kind human beings. I, a minor, went on this trip alone and yet felt so safe cause the staffs took care of me very well during my lovely stay!

Jungle in the city center - To explore the city on foot at your own leisurely pace, “The Urban” is the best choice. We were blown away by the friendly staff who made us feel welcome, from the minute we arrived right up to our departure. Everyone really made us feel like nothing was too much bother, always on hand for advice, assistance, or even a just a chat, which we really appreciated. With a 5 - 10 minute walk to Pub Street, the location is ideal as it is close to the action in town, but just that far enough away to not be affected by it. I feel like the room was probably worth more than we paid for it; it was cool, nicely decorated, and clean; the bathroom was well appointed and a 'special mention' to the bed which was one of the most comfortable I've slept in in quite some time. Also, we had no problems with the WiFi and our aircon was definitely up to scratch! A highlight of the The Urban was the pool which was secluded and intimate, and a welcome relief on a humid Siem Reap day! Food and drink is available in the street-facing restaurant which has a breezy, indoor-outdoor living vibe. We were sad to leave The Urban for our onward journey but will definitely return if we came back to Siem Reap!
